Better than "sexcake"

I didn't say all of the recipes I post would be healthy....hehe. This is one of my favorite quick desserts.

First, start by baking your chocolate cake according to the instructions on the box in a 9x13 pan.

Once that comes out, let it cool down for about 5 minutes then poke holes all over your cake. I just used the handle of my spoon but you can use anything as long as your holes aren't too small or to ginormous.

After you poke your holes pour the can of sweetened condensed milk and caramel topping over your cake. Be sure to get it in the holes so spread it around the cake, you want the cake to absorb the sweetened condensed milk and caramel topping.

Let the cake continue to cool, you want it to cool down completely before you put on your whipped cream or else it will start melting your whipped cream.

I used my standing mixer to make my whipped cream but you can use a hand mixer or if you are feeling energetic you can use a whisk. In my bowl I poured the heavy cream and vanilla extract and turned my mixer on high. Continue to mix your liquids until you start seeing it thicken up, when you see this go ahead and add in the powdered sugar. Keep mixing until you start seeing stiff peaks form. Basically, keep mixing your whipped cream until you are happy with the consistency. Some people like it softer and some like it stiff so it holds its form. The great thing about making your whipped cream at home is you can add whatever you want to it, add fun food coloring or other flavored extracts.

Once your cake is cool and your whipped cream is finished, spread as much whipped cream as you want over the top of the cake. Chop up your heath bar and sprinkle it all over the top. You can eat the cake right away or you can stick it in the refrigerator to allow it to set and absorb everything longer. I personally like it chilled for a little bit :)

Voila!!

4. While cake is still warm, slowly pour over sweetened condensed milk over the top making sure some gets in all the holes of the cake.

5. Next drizzle the caramel topping evenly over the cake slowly, making sure some gets in all the holes as well.

6. Once cake is completely cool, spread coolwhip over the top evenly.

7. Sprinkle with Heath Candy bar pieces

8. Store in fridge until ready to eat. Store in fridge.

Homemade whipped cream: Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream 4 TBS powdered sugar (or to taste) 2 tsp vanilla extract

Mix together heavy cream and vanilla extract in an electric mixer on high speed until it starts to thicken, once you notice it starting to thicken go ahead and add in your powdered sugar. Continue to mix on high until stiff peaks are formed.
