Delicious Fluffy and Light Sonhos
These have been a childhood favorite, they're so easy and delicious! They're light, fluffy and small so you can eat more faster!
The dough will be pretty sticky!
I used a cookie scoop to scoop and drop the dough into the oil

Ingredients
1 Block Butter
1 Cup Water
4 Teaspoons Sugar
2 Pinches Salt
Melt the above ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
1 Cup Flour
4 Eggs
Add flour and add eggs one at a time mixing after each egg. Scoop a spoonful of the dough and drop into hot oil. Cook until golden brown.
Cinnamon Sugar Mixture
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Immediately roll donut into the cinnamon sugar mixture.
